Neck pain and stiffness can develop after prolonged desk work, changes in activity, awkward sleeping positions, muscular strain or age related changes. Some headaches can also arise from structures in the neck and may occur alongside neck pain and restricted movement.

At our Pimlico clinic, Kevin will take a detailed history and assess your neck, upper back, movement and relevant neurological signs. He will explain his findings clearly and discuss whether osteopathic care is appropriate for your symptoms.

Where suitable, treatment may include individual hands on osteopathic techniques, movement advice and exercises selected around your needs. The aim is to help manage symptoms, improve movement and support your everyday activities.
