Hip, Knee & Lower Limb Pain
Osteopathy for Hip, Knee & Lower Limb Pain
Pain affecting the hip, knee, ankle or foot can make walking, running, using stairs, training and everyday movement more difficult. Symptoms may relate to joints, muscles, tendons, previous injury, changes in activity or age related changes.
At our Pimlico clinic, Kevin will assess the painful area alongside surrounding joints and consider the movements and activities that may be contributing to your symptoms. He will explain his findings clearly and discuss whether osteopathic care is appropriate.
Where suitable, treatment may include individual hands on osteopathic techniques, movement advice and a gradual rehabilitation plan. The aim is to help manage symptoms, improve confidence in movement and support a return to your usual activities.
