About NK Osteopaths
NK Osteopaths is an independent osteopathy clinic in Pimlico, co-founded and directed by Kevin and Nicola.
The clinic was established with a clear purpose: to provide professional, individual care in a calm and welcoming environment. Its founding principle is simple – every patient should receive the same standard of care that Kevin and Nicola would want for their own family.
Kevin leads all clinical care as a GOsC-registered osteopath, while Nicola oversees the organisation, administration and patient experience of the clinic. Together, they ensure that every stage – from the initial enquiry through to treatment and follow-up – is handled with care, clarity and professionalism.
Every appointment is built around the individual. Patients are given time to explain their concerns, receive a thorough assessment and understand the findings and available options. Where osteopathic care is appropriate, treatment is tailored to the patient and may include hands-on techniques, movement advice and rehabilitation guidance.
Treatment is always provided with informed consent, without exaggerated promises or pressure to book unnecessary appointments or long-term treatment plans. If osteopathy is not appropriate, this will be explained honestly and referral or further medical assessment recommended where necessary.

Kevin leads all clinical care at NK Osteopaths. He holds a Master of Osteopathy awarded with distinction and brings more than 21 years of service in the British Army and Household Cavalry. His wider background includes sports massage, clinical sports therapy, soft-tissue therapy, kinesiology taping, dry needling and dry cupping. His approach combines thorough assessment, individual treatment, clear explanations and practical rehabilitation guidance.
NICOLA SEDGWICK
Co-Founder, Director and Company Administrator
Nicola oversees the organisation, administration and patient experience at NK Osteopaths. She brings more than 15 years of experience across NHS and private healthcare settings, with a strong background in patient communication, clinical coordination and executive support. Her calm, discreet and professional approach helps ensure every patient receives a welcoming and well-organised experience.
